Absolutely professional guys. I made one call and had one of the named partners answer the phone respectfully and attentively. They will take your case just to take your money and do absolutely nothing for you only time you talk to the lawyer was when they want you to hire them. Their team is just as non responsive they only call you when they want to collect payment. They will invoice you for everything even if it’s just to respond with how much is due and yes they will charge you hundreds of dollars. Biggest regret is hiring them , your just a file # to them and they will squeeze every dollar they can out of you. Do your research any time you want to hire a lawyer because this law firm just leaves you dry and with more questions than answers.
