Brian’s help throughout this process from the consultation to finishing the install has been nothing short of great. A few months prior we had reached out to Lone Star Patio Builders and we were able to get Brian to come out within that week. He came and took measurements and gave us our quote by the end of the day. We didn’t feel pressured to move forward. He allowed us time to consider, which we appreciated. Once we were ready, we got in contact with Brian and were able to get onto the schedule within 2 weeks. In addition, he helped us with submitting the required documents and information to our HOA. The install team were scheduled today, 4/16 at 8am and were done by 11am. They also installed a ceiling fan and doggy door that we purchased prior. Everything looks great and we are excited to be able to spend time on our patio! Thank you Brian and the Lone Star Patio Builders’ team.

We have had our patio almost 2 years and still absolutely love it!! We got quotes from several different companies and Lone Star was the best price and the fastest timeline. The communication was excellent and the work was completed on site in 2 days. This essentially added an extra living room to our home. Highly recommend!!

Our overall experience with Lone Star Patio Builders (LSPB) has been exceptional! 1. We got quotes from multiple vendors to screen cover our patio. The quote from LSPB was the most economical. Brian who initially visited to get measurements and give quotes was very professional and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. 2. Scheduling the project work was very easy. 3. His project crew led by Joel arrived on time on the scheduled day. Joel was friendly and answered all our questions and addressed all our conncerns prior to starting the project. The screen cover was completed in promised time and they left the patio clean after the project. 4. After the project completion, Brian emailed the warranty info and registered us automatically for warranty coverage. 5. As depicted by the attached pictures the covered patio looks nice. We are very pleased with LSPB, Brian and his project crew and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family.

Lone Star Patios recently installed a screen system on our back patio. These guys are pros! From completing the paperwork for the HOA, to prompt followup on scheduling, to excellent craftmanship during installation, the entire process was seamless and professional. Competitive pricing + expert installation + timely communication = satisfied customers... count me in that group!
