They were very personable, incredibly organized, efficient, detailed- oriented, always available for us, helpful in making difficult decisions and very easy to work with. We were blown away by the dedication and talent of the entire team, especially our VP of Construction, Robert, who listened to our needs and provided regular updates and always kept us in the loop on the progress of our project. The construction process was very smooth and our house was finished within a given time frame. Also their follow- up after the build was fantastic! The OnPoint team is an incredible group. In a recent visit to Houston, we were able to tour a few of their homes. The homes were well designed with solid attention to detail. All of the homes were clean and well appointed. John and Earl have a great team and work hard to make their clients happy.

This builder is THE perfect example of how to build within an existing neighborhood with minimal impact on all the surrounding homeowners. Fully screened, clean and unobstructed right-of-ways, minimal noise, solid and safe workmanship, and appropriate design that fuses into the style and scale of Houston urban neighborhoods. On point custom homes was the builder of my home. They did do a great job but I recently tried to replace some doors inside my home and they were no help, but again they do great work.
