The owners of Office Pride, Fernando and Armando, are very hands on and very involved and their staff is amazing! They get what your specific needs are the first time you tell them and do it 150% right every time. They are also trust-worthy and we don’t have to worry about anything. It’s wonderful to know when I leave each night I know the next morning everything will be clean and secure. We have very particular housekeeping needs with high clientele tenants and Office Pride gets it and they have not let us down. We are very much getting the results we expect. We have high standards and expect our vendors too as well. To sum it up, I highly recommend Office Pride.

My agency, The Bridge Over Troubled Waters, Inc., has been with OfficePride for almost a year now, and I have nothing but great things to say about their service. In full transparency, we had a few initial hiccups in aligning our agency’s needs with what OfficePride could provide, but I’m happy to say that every time a challenge arose, the supervisors were quick to address it in a timely and professional manner. I’ve never gone more than 24 hours without a response to any concern, and their commitment to customer service is truly commendable. The cleaning staff is polite, thorough, and detail-oriented, consistently maintaining high standards. Their team communicates clearly and efficiently, whether it’s through text messages or phone calls, and they always keep me informed if any issues come up. The rates are very competitive, especially considering they clean two of our buildings. I highly recommend OfficePride to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive cleaning service. They were the first external company we hired for cleaning, and it’s safe to say they’ll be the last!

We are using Office Pride at my building. We just switched to them in January. They are a huge improvement! The building is so clean, their cleaning person is nice and he takes his time cleaning the entire building. Fernando & Armando are easy to work with and very willing to take on new tasks. They're also very fast to respond. I would highly recommend them.

Back in June of 2023 We needed to make a change with the cleaning services we where using at the time. I will say it was the BEST decision we have made. The owners Fernando and Armando came out personally and saw my needs. Without hesitation they took on the task to get our office buildings back into tip top shape. It is great to work with a company that you personally work with the owners with any issues that may arise. They do not shy away from dealing with any problems. Thank you for the GREAT SERVICE!
