Maria was so helpful. I cannot express how grateful I am that she was able to help me with my car, and was able to help me change out my battery terminal (something I have no experience in doing at all). It so refreshing to have another woman helping me out with car issues, typically auto part stores are intimidating to me. Regardless, I will be back again to this location for any parts I may need to purchase in the future and will always be asking for Maria!

On 02/16/26 Tuesday a representative by the name of Elyse helped me find everything I needed with a smile on her face & very knowledgeable, professional & friendly! Maria went above&beyond helping me to install my new car battery. She didn't have to but out of the pure kindness of her sweet heart, she did! Much respect to her & hope she gets a raise or promotion bc she deserves it very much so! Definitely will be coming back for all of my car related needs due to her outstanding service.

Did not have a good experience. Had to wait a long time to get battery checked. Was told battery had no problem. But it had failed twice earlier. Had to go to another competetor store near my house and confirmed battery was not good. Bad service

I bought a wrench set from this O’Reilly location and went back the next day (less than 24 hours later) to return it unopened and still sealed because I actually needed sockets, not wrenches. The cashier refused the return, claiming “no returns on tools,” and she even tried to say it was “used” when it was still looks factory sealed to me. I was never told about this supposed policy at checkout, nor was it posted anywhere visible. I expected better honesty and customer service. I won’t be shopping here again and will take my business elsewhere.
