I had a very negative experience with the law firm and the attorney assigned to my case, Nathaniel Green, while I was detained by immigration authorities. From the beginning, he did a poor job: he had me apply for bail at a time when bail was suspended, demonstrating a clear lack of understanding of the procedure. When it came time to present my case before the judge, he constantly stumbled over his words, failed to explain or argue anything in my favor, and did not provide me with adequate legal representation. He also failed to help me recover my belongings that I lost at the first detention center, even though they were a crucial part of my situation. His only recommendation was that I accept expedited deportation, without offering any alternatives or fighting for my options. I was the one who had to insist on requesting voluntary departure, and thanks to that, I was able to obtain it, even though he did not recommend it. I would not recommend this firm or attorney Nathaniel Green to anyone who needs serious, well-prepared, and committed legal representation.
