National Car Rental

Amazing experience. Best car i have ever had while renting from anywhere in the world. I was initially booked with Alamo but the counter was closed and the signs mentioned that National car can help me. Sam on the counter was so helpful and she processed my rental with a debit card as swiftly as possible. When i went up to get my car. I was treated with 7-8 different options. All amazing rides. I took a Genesis GV80 and to my surprise it was brand new. With only 3-4 miles on the odometer. The person there also helped me on how i can install a toddler seat. The return experience was great as well. Just came back, showed that the fuel is full and that's it. Got the receipt of everything paid.

National - car rental - Houston - IAH George Bush airport. Great service provided by National. Rented a Toyota Corolla for the week but got updgraded through work to Rav 4. Loved the fact you can pick your car from a line up - what a great idea.Very nice car in and out. Perfect for the long drive. Plenty of room. Plenty of power. Just what I needed. Thankyou National - loved this car! Didn't let me down.

Smooth as glass. I paid a little more with National, but very much worth it to not have the hassle you get elsewhere. I am Executive Status so get to pick from the Executive row. Got a very comfy minivan.

The vehicle we had didn’t make it 10 miles before it broke down. We called the emergency number only to have it ring and ring. We did receive a call back and from there the local manager took care of everything. Quickly brought out a replacement vehicle and we were back on the road. The service was 4 star, the overall experience was two.

I thoroughly enjoyed my car rental with National (IAH). The fuel tank was not full. The manager personally contacted me to express her concern and took care of the fuel, stating that I could return as I received it. Point is, that's the first time a manager has reached out (phone and text) that I can remember. National really knows how to take care of their customers. The return went very smoothly as well. The customer service reps were AWESOME! Keep up the good work!
