I had an issue with my toilet, and the next day Richard and Tyler were out to fix it. Super fast and quality work with so much knowledge to help out a new home owner like myself. Never have I had such a wonderful and personable experience with someone doing work on my house. Will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter back for any emergency!

As a master plumber myself, I stayed and observed the entire time — and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I've seen in the trade. Andrew explained every single question I threw at him with 100% straight truth, no bullshit. For a young guy, he's extremely knowledgeable, super professional, and moved impressively fast while doing the work clean and right. Top-tier service from start to finish. I must say my Mr. Rooter technician, Justin, was the epitome of professionalism and customer service. He took the time to listen to what I was having problems with and ensured that he addressed each point of my concerns. He educated me on a proper operating tankless water heater, the common signs of usual problems, and then found why mine was vibrating and making so much noise. He work quickly and efficiently. My water heater makes zero noise and I am beyond happy with the service I recieved. He made no mess and left my home cleaner than it was before. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will be a long time customer. I am sure all techs are as good as Justin, but from what I just experienced, request Just for your needs. You will not be disappointed.

April 2026: Mr. Rooter Plumbing overall service was excellent. They scheduled the service appointment in a very timely manner. Technician Floyd, who replaced my water heater was very professional, courteous, precise and did an excellent job in addition to saving me some money from the quoted price. I have home warranty, however had to pay out of pocket charges for uncovered service, but the price was very resonable compared to the amount I would had spent without the home warranty. Highly recomment Floyd and Trent (Trainee - assistant) with Mr. Rooter.

I use American home shield and had an issue with the faucets in the master bath in my home and they dispatched Mr Rooter. ( which the dispatcher Brittany was great very knowledgeable and respectful ) after assessing the issue it was determined that I needed to have the faucets replaced. Which they worked with American home shield to get them ordered and replaced within a few weeks (due to scheduling conflicts with personal issues) But Floyd came and installed them in record time. And was very pleased with his professionalism. Now it has been a few months but faucets are working perfectly and have no issues. They are a great team over at MrRooter and I’d definitely recommend them.
