Mr. Express Car Wash

I got the basic 6 dollar car wash. Cleaned the car really well. The dryer at the end of the wash did a really great job drying. Nice to have the free vacuum service. Very well lit at night. I felt safe out there with other people detailing their cars around at 7:30 pm, something I wouldn't normally do if I was the only one there. Update: I went back and got the $10 Deluxe wash. All was in order.

This was my initial experience with your product. I occasionally go to a full service car wash if I don’t clean myself at home. Seven days ago when I visit the location on Hwy 59/69 North. I visited your location to save time because of my busy schedule. This was during around 19:45 on my way home I decided to get some information. My husband went inside and was given a short application which I read and completed. When I came for the my 1st service the next day Saturday I decided to go and check it out. Just remember I said it was my FIRST time. I did notice the Friday the people at the car wash mostly man . ( I was under the impression they worked there). Now Saterday afternoon when I arrived at the place I only saw ladies at the car wash cleaning cars. My mind is well maybe it’s the ladies duty. I went into the office where my husband got the information card to sign up to drop it off. There was nobody inside the office. I waited a little while then knock at the employees only door but no response. So I thought everyone is maybe outside attending to the cars. I first observe the situation in the parking lot then decided to approached a lady with towels in her hand and ask her who is in the office thinking she’s working there. Well she ask me what I needed so she told me to the drive through line. I did saw the cars pulling up that way ;but was thinking i need to get registered. I pulled up to the gate I mention to the person, it’s my first time and he-told me to pull up to the gate that was close . So he asked me the kind of service I wanted so I told him and he operated the machine. I had cash but the machine only took card.Well I was a little hesitant but try it anyway. Just bare in mind still no explanation or guidance was provided. Now I asked what the next step was so I was told follow the cars. I’m not sure if that was a cleaner or a employer but he came to my rescue again at the point off entry. The operator is pointing at a green light I’m could not hear anything because of the noise so the same person who process me came to the window and told me the procedure. Now this is where I find it scary you don’t get any explanation or guidance. Well I was glad to see the light at the end. Well I had to look for a empty parking spot still thinking these ladies will come and do the interior part. I waited for my turn. Still no one approaching then I saw a guy pulling in and start cleaning his truck. Well guess who turned up the same person who help me. So I ask him why the service is so slow so he told me I have to do the interior myself. I ask him to call the manager which did appeared and was heard but that’s after the fact. My main complaint is you will always have A FIRST CUSTOMER if you want to grow your business.First impression last forever. Now this is after 3 yrs and I read the reviews and see people do complain. My experience was poor.I can understand the replacement of people with machine. Very sad that God created people to work on the earthly kingdom now are invaded by robots. Sad .😢

It is a great place to wash your car BUT BE AWARE OF ANY DAMAGE ⛔️‼️ because the cleaning machine sometimes is too narrow for the wide cars so IT might damage your car and to be able to get paid for the damage👀 you should tell them right away or at least give them the exact date & time so they will check on the camera how you came IN and OUT I got a damage on my car and because i don't know the exact date because i usually go there!! THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT So make sure to take a look at your car before coming in and when you coming out 👌

If I could give them 0 stars I would ! , the machine scratched my two wheels I try to speak with a manager and they don even have one, and there was this guy saying he was the supervisor and he only said “were not responsible” he say the people the go there is by the own risk even if the machine is not working properly. He just said is not the business fault, and you can see the metal getting out of the machine! the owner the maximum “authority”at the local just said he don’t want to speak with no body. Super bad experience, with the local and the employees!!

20 bux a month for unlimited washes, they have vacuum and towels which are pretty useful for interior cleaning.
