JayDee came out to do complete service on our LG dryer - he did a great job, very professional. Found 2 things wrong with our dryer & fixed both along with the maintenance service. We were very happy with his work and will continue to use Mr. Appliance. He also cleaned and checked our KitchenAid trash compactor on an earlier appointment.

Chuck helped us diagnose an issue with our new wall oven. While he was here, he ordered parts to repair our gas cooktop and educated me on our ice maker! What a knowledgeable gentleman who is friendly and professional. Will always call them with any appliance issues.

Mr. Appliance has excellent customer service and was the first company to fix my ice maker. They were able to schedule a timely visit and then quickly ordered the necessary part for the repair. The company followed up with a phone call after a few days to ensure the problem was fixed and that I was satisfied.

Jaydee was on time and the quality of his work was excellent. At my request, he rewired the vent hood light so that an LED bulb could be used in lieu of the fluorescent bulb.
