I recently needed to replace my home hvac system. I solicited several quotes. By far the best, well thought out bid was from Zach Cooper of Bellaire HVAC. He was very thorough in his presentation with clear explanation of what he was proposing. He loves this game. I made a decision to upgrade my system with a very good Lennox system. The install went very well. Zach and the install crew stayed very late to program, came back the next day to complete and Zach did an amazing follow up to take care of a main drain problem that was likely outside his scope. He did this to satisfy his commitment to complete at the highest level. Jaime and his install crew were equally professional and gave 110% to the effort. Bellaire left my home as if they hadn't been there. Really top notch effort and service. I highly recommend Bellaire HVAC, it's nice to work with hvac pros and beyond that, great people. 5 gold stars.

Andres is a great technician. Strong work ethic and charismatic. Even helped me with an issue I had going on with my hvac over the phone and was able to help me have it up and running.

You won’t find a better professional company for your furnace needs. Zach was the technician who came out to my house, and he was awesome. He walked me through his normal inspection routine, explained what I should do moving forward, and had all the costs upfront with no surprises. Zach was very professional and patient—he didn’t even mind that I followed him around like a lost puppy while he worked! He took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. I actually heard about the company on AM radio during an interview with a fellow named Rusty, and I’m glad I did. I happened to hear it at just the right time. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and especially with Zach. Highly recommend! My Bellaire experience Jason.

Ashton the service technician was awesome. He was incredibly thorough and inspected all our HVAC equipment. Thoroughly cleaned out 2 AC units and identified a few potential problem areas. He also called in Charlie to consult on an overheating issue and it was resolved quickly without having to buy a new unit. I am extremely happy with their service. On time, thorough, professional and very reasonable for all the work done. I was the one asking about a service contract by the end of their visit.

We had Bellaire do our tune up, they sent Peter who was very impressive! He was very detailed and found the reason we have allergies which was some growth in the AC. He installed a purification system and we already feel the difference! Best company in Houston and best technician I’ve had the pleasure of working with in my past 10 years of servicing my system. Recommend Bellaire and specifically Peter for any heating or AC needs!
