Motorcycle Tire Service

I was in town on Labor Day weekend for an event. Found a nail in my tire Saturday at 2:30. After calling 6 shops with no luck, I called discount motorcycle tires and dealt with George. He informed me they had a tire, were open until 5:00. I rode over, tire was very reasonably priced as was the install price. Also got some new brake pads on the rear. In and out in 1 hour. Couldn’t be any more happy and thankful for this shop. Now I’m set to ride 1000 miles home. Thank you!

If I had an option for zero star, it would be my very first option. I had them install 2 new tires on my BMW and had a flat 300 miles later. They failed to inspect and change the air valve stem. The owner said it is not their policy to check valve stems. The flat tire was a result of a corroded and brittle plastic on the stem. This shop does not care about safety or keeping customers, once you pay you are on your own. And forget about them taking any responsibility. The excuses they gave me were so ridiculous, they basically told me it was my fault for not telling them to check the valve stems. How about that. Consumer/customer beware go to a different shop, if you want the work done right.

Made me do most of the work myself and overcharged me to install tires and then charged me again to reinstall them correctly because they weren't facing forward as clearly marked. To make matters worse I got a flat immediately upon riding the brand new tire because the tube had been scraped on the damaged rim during installation.. they also didn't have tubes and had to reuse one of my existing tubes. They said the tubes I had were too thick. To finally add insult to injury it showed up on my bank statement one morning as on the border

BEWARE ! These guys installed my steer tire rotation backwards! Wheel separated from hub.. I simply asked them to pay what Stubbs charged fix it $562 and they refused and said it wasn’t their fault, offered a gift card. How can I pay Stubbs with a gift card ! After that said take me to small claims court ! Safety and people lives isn’t a joke ! Spend $50 more and find a qualified shop to do your work, it’s your life we are talking about Could loose your life over this kinda stuff and they won’t even claim ya ! This is why Attorney’s stay rich ‘

They're very good people but right now today August 25th your water hose pipe is busted and all your water is getting all over the floor if y'all can need to come right now I don't want to go on the property and get in trouble and turn the water off but this is very for real
