Sam is a lifesaver literally! These awful Houston streets took another one of my tires and I called Smart Mobile to come and help. Sam showed up in a timely manner, assessed the issue, and gave me the help I needed. Super friendly guy and I’d call them again if I needed help.

I had a flat tire, and the team arrived super fast. They were professional, friendly, and had all the tools ready. My tire was fixed right on the spot, and the price was very reasonable. It’s so convenient not having to drive to a shop — they come to you! Highly recommend this mobile tire service for anyone who values time and great customer care.

Blew both of my tires and had them replaced within about two hours, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. Communication and professionalism were terrible. I asked for a receipt and photos of the blown tires and was repeatedly ignored. My messages were read and never answered. After just one day of driving, one of the “new” tires started slowly leaking air and losing pressure. I reached out again to see if it would be fixed or replaced at no charge and was once again left on read with no response. I eventually took the car to Discount Tire, where they inspected both tires and confirmed the tread was severely worn. This business clearly reuses unsafe, worn out tires and then refuses to take responsibility when problems come up. The only reason to use this place is if you are stranded late at night and desperate. Otherwise, avoid it completely. They will put worn, unreliable tires on your car and ignore you afterward.

Ahmed’s service was superior! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend! My tire went flat after picking up my 3 year old from school, leaving us stranded at a gas station. After calling about 7 different businesses that “claimed” to provide mobile tire services but actually only wanted to charge me to tow my car without fixing it, I was recommended this business through a friend & called. Ahmed was at my location in less than 30 minutes in the middle of rush hour. He assessed the situation upon arrival, was very informative about the diagnosis & replaced my tire with speed & accuracy. Great quality service! They also had the best prices out of all of the places I called. Hopefully I won’t need the help anytime soon, but when the occasion arises they will be the first call I make! Thank you!!

Got me out of the freeway in 30 minutes with my tire completely off these guys take any form of payment too cash app, zelle, cash and gave me the best price out of all the places I called highly recommended 👍🏻
