I had a great experience! My advisor, Josh, was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process. This was my first time getting a collision repair done and he made it a lot easier. My car looks great and I’ve had no issues since.

I cannot say enough great things about Momentum Collision Center in Katy off the Katy Freeway — and especially about my service advisor, Travis. From the very beginning, Travis was kind, helpful, professional, and just genuinely sweet throughout the entire process. He truly made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. He was A+++ in every way. The work they did on my car was excellent — everything looked amazing. But what really impressed me was what happened after. I had a couple of small issues come up that he honestly didn’t have to help with, and Travis still went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of service is rare. I highly, highly recommend Momentum Collision Center, and if you go, ask for Travis. You’ll be in the best hands.

This was second time using Momentum West collision center, unfortunately. But I do not have not one complaint. The associate Erick Moreno was very diligent with handling all my issues and he made sure everything was addressed with my car! I will admit I did wait a few days, however I wasn’t upset, because I wanted my vehicle to be back to the way it was prior to my incident. This is my second time dealing with Erick as well, and he makes sure all your concerns are addressed and resolved! Thanks Momentum.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Momentum West Collision Center, and the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the initial estimate to the final pick-up, this place proved to be a complete disappointment. (Also called Momentum BMW Collision Center.) Firstly, I was given an initial estimate of 7-10 days for the repair of my Porsche Macan, which included painting the hood, replacing the windshield, and body work on the tailgate. Little did I know that this estimate was nothing more than a wild fantasy. I dropped off my car on October 9th, expecting prompt and efficient service. However, I ended up having to endure a painfully long wait before finally being able to retrieve my vehicle on January 2nd (2024), nearly four months later. Total cost for the two repairs was $13,252.70 as billed. Throughout this agonizing ordeal, the communication from the shop was horrendous. I only got updates when I called them to inquire, and the updates were never accurate. For example, I was informed on a Tuesday that my car was ready and just needed cleaning, only to be told on Wednesday that it wasn't ready after all, and trim pieces needed to be installed. By Friday, they were still installing the headliner, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated. This confusion happened several times during the whole ordeal. I’m not sure if it was due to sheer incompetence or if they were willfully lying to me, and honestly I ran out of the patience to even bother trying to find out. To add insult to injury, upon picking up my supposedly repaired car, I was appalled to discover that the scratches and gouges on the hood remained untouched. Even more infuriating were the new gouge marks inflicted during their attempts to remove the Porsche emblem from the hood. It's astonishing that a professional auto body shop could manage to make the condition of my car worse rather than better. But that’s not all! The plastic molding around the lights/sunroof console was not properly installed, with a gap showing the white plastic underneath. They did body work on the tailgate and caused the rear windshield wiper to stop working. Literally every part of the car they worked on had additional damage after it was “fixed.” All these problems were identified and pointed out to my service rep when I came to pick up the car. My service rep was of little help in getting anything fixed properly. He offered to keep my car even longer, with no estimate of how long, which I declined. If they were not going to conduct any quality assurance checks or even a quick inspection of the work, I had little faith they would make any real progress in less than another month and several more trips. The manager was unavailable the day I picked up my car, but I brought my car in a few weeks later to show him all the problems. He said he would do some research and get back to me, but never did despite several follow up calls and messages. The lack of competence, communication, and attention to detail displayed by Momentum West Collision Center is absolutely unacceptable. Not sure how they possible got certified as an authorized Porsche body shop, but I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and look elsewhere for a shop that actually takes pride in their work and values customer satisfaction. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied and regretful of ever choosing Momentum West Collision Center for my car repairs. And the cherry on top is I now get phone calls and mail from the affiliated BMW dealership about buying an extended warranty for my car.

Great service and experience. Josh was great, he handled everything with my insurance claim.
