I liked how this location has mat holders with the vacuums. At first I was confused about the vacuums being before the wash, but there’s an exit where you can easily loop back around to the vacuums. This actually makes it better because you can vacuum before or after the wash… or go crazy and do both! But… then I went to exit the vacuums and you have to turn around and sort of go the wrong way back out to exit which is very precarious. Signage needs a major upgrade to help navigate the lot. Almost hit another car while trying to exit 😬 Basic wash membership always requires a big wipe down at the end, but I appreciate the value for the money.

🚨 Permanent Paint Damage After Routine Car Wash🚨 I brought my car here for a basic wash during my lunch break, expecting a quick and simple service. What I received instead was permanent damage to my vehicle. When I first got back into my car, I noticed the interior had been poorly cleaned — there was still visible dirt and debris. That alone was disappointing. However, once I returned to work and looked at my car in better light, I saw dozens of small dots covering the hood. I initially thought something had splattered onto the surface, but when I tried to wipe it off, I realized they were fresh paint chips. My hood is now covered in scattered paint chipping that was not there prior to the wash. A business that is supposed to protect and maintain your vehicle’s exterior instead caused significant damage, forcing me to file an insurance claim and seek body shop repairs. To make matters worse, no refund was issued. A routine car wash should not result in permanent paint damage and an insurance claim. I would strongly caution others to think twice before bringing their vehicle here.

The place was spotlessly clean and the service was quick. The manager, Samantha, was very kind and answered all my questions. As a long-time customer of this wonderful company, she served me today free of charge. Thank you so much, I won't forget your kindness and excellent service.

Very disappointing experience. The car wasn’t much cleaner afterwards at all (ignore the paint job. Marks still on the windshield & hood). I went home right after and just hand washed it myself, which did the trick - but was the exact thing I was trying to avoid by going to the car wash. What’d I spend the money for?? Even paid extra for the tires, and the rims were still dirty afterwards. Also, my blindside mirror is all messed up now, too. Tried to clean it with windex when I got home, but couldn't get those marks off it. Don't plan on going back to this place & wasting my money, which is a shame because I live within walking distance. I’d suggest you save your money, too.

My experience at voss location was really bad because I bought the Platinum Interior Car Wash, which included a full interior cleaning. It was stated in the Platinum Interior package that a renovation cream would be applied with a proper interior clean-out. Despite that, the inside door panels still had dirt on them. They did not apply the cream, nor did they do the proper wipe-out. Also, not all the seats were dirty, but on my back seat, there were one or two items—pillows, etc.—and I had asked them to remove those and vacuum the seat, which they did not do. Additionally, my foot mats were only washed with water, and when they dried, the dirt marks were still there. I am absolutely not satisfied. I feel that they did not actually provide me the Platinum Interior package; I think they just gave me the basic cleaning package. I feel like the staff who cleaned the interior had no idea that I had purchased the Platinum one, which was supposed to have proper interior cleaning and renovation cream. That is what I think. And even if it was just the basic one, the basic one was also done very poorly.
