I’m hoping that my review helps others to choose this company too as I did. You will not regret it. I was coming to the south from up north during winter time and also needed to book a round trip for going back there in a few months. Both orders booked in under 25 minutes and then their dispatch immediately started working on my transport from Houston, TX. I got multiple updates from them and the driver, simply fantastic.

Insanely fast updates and the nicest shipping team ever! They had a lot of patience and flexibility with me to make sure the transport to Houston, TX went accordingly with my schedule. The driver photographed my vehicle at delivery and sent me pictures while I was away at work since I got called in at the last minute.

I got a lot of quotes when searching for a reliable shipping company to take my car from Houston, TX to South Carolina. This company had the most realistic price and set high expectations that were met. Hassle free process.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We had communicated very clearly to this company that we needed our vehicle picked up on a Monday and that we were flying out on wednesday. They assured us that they would pick it up on Monday and did not provide a pickup window. We made the reservation months ahead of time. When the day finally came we called in the morning to confirm and were reassured a driver would be on their way shortly. The driver never came. When we called again in the evening we were told the driver may still show up but definitely tuesday. Even though this wasn't what they originally promised we decided Tuesday could still work for us. We waited around all day tuesday, again calling several times and again being told time after time that a driver would be on their way shortly. No one came. We then called and told them wednesday morning was the absolute latest as we were flying out wednesday afternoon. They assured us once more our vehicles would be picked up. Nothing. They then said we needed to hide our keys somewhere which in my opinion is a ridiculous thing to ask as that puts our vehicles at risk of being stolen. They ended up not picking up the cars until friday. I called several more times to ask for a discount for the inconvenience and to ask for them to cover the cost of the rental car we got that we didn't end up needing. After many calls and several rude employees they just said that there was "nothing they could do" and hung up on me. A company shouldn't make a promise unless they can keep it. And if they can't honor it than a discount is more than fair. Terrible customer experience and service.

To find a shipper who can do a long distance shipment AND properly load/take care of the vehicle is very hard coming from experience. But for this transport, everything went right. The driver had come on time for pick up and delivery as well. A big thank you from me to you for shipping my car from Illinois to Texas.
