I wanna give a huge shout out to Jose and Troy! Hands down the best service I have recieved out of any other Midas location. Not only were they fast and efficient with the oil change, but Jose went the extra mile and pointed out some damaged parts underneath my truck that I wasn't aware of. Love this location! I came here for an air filter, and oil change. The team saw and serviced my car in no time, In addition, they also brought a few other concerns to my attention regarding the shocks on my car which I greatly appreciate. I had an amazing experience getting my oil change done by Mr. Troy, the store manager and his staff. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. He explained everything clearly and made sure my car was taken care of the right way. I really appreciate his great customer service and attention to detail. Had a wonderful experience during an unexpected stressful morning. My car started jerking and I immediately brought it in to have them take a look, I was so worried because I just knew it was going to be something serious. Not only were they able to probably diagnosis my issues, Mr. Troy helped me with financing so I could get it done the same day and both he and Jose were so kind and patient to explain not only what was wrong with my car and how each part works but to assure me I didn’t do anything wrong. Very knowledgeable, pleasant, experienced individuals across the board. They have a lifelong customer with me!
