Immediately after Hurricane Laura, I not only had a new roof, but was able to have my home repaired by Texas Metal within a few weeks. A crew showed up every day and worked until the job was complete. Randy kept in close contact throughout the job making sure everything was getting done to my satisfaction.

Alberto was very helpful throughout the design and installation process. The finished product is simply great. We have received so many complements from neighbors and passers by as to how the appearance of the whole house has improved. Not as inexpensive as composition, but we feel certain this is our last roof and we also feel it has increased the home value. Very good product from very good folks. Mike O.

Took over 6 months to work on a new roof for a two-car detached garage. Demolition went well. However, they attempted to install incorrect roofing panels and I had to stop them so they could order the correct panels, which led to a series of monthly delays and excuses. Salesman left for another company in middle of job. Workers mostly unsupervised during installation. Installed improper plumbing vent. Would not correct work in a timely manner -- more excuses and delays. Finally had to hire another roofing company to complete the job properly.

Response to Kala Gamblin (Review from 2 weeks ago) 1) I do not work for Prime Texas Metal Roofs; therefore, I have no access to their systems in order to generate "phony" estimates or pricing, etc. 2) The quote was for a roof maintenance and the installation of gutters highly recommended by the inspector and Prime Texas Metal Roofs 3) My due diligence was to the buyer (my client) who purchased the home you were selling. 4) You were rightfully given the option to make repairs OR not and to choose the vendor at your own discretion. 5)We successfully closed on the transaction. At the end of it all, you sold a home to my client and my client walked away extremely satisfied with my services. Not only did she walk away with the home of her first choice but equity as well!
