I am disappointed with my experience at Melton & Melton, specifically regarding my interactions with Jason Eikner, due to a prolonged lack of communication. To be clear, my concerns relate only to communication issues and not to the timing, accuracy, or outcome of any tax filing or professional service, notwithstanding any characterization to the contrary by the company in their response to my review. I was a client of the firm for nearly ten years. During my final engagement, my emails and messages went unanswered for approximately three months. From my perspective, this lack of response felt unprofessional and fell short of the level of communication I reasonably expected based on my prior relationship with the firm. Based solely on my personal experience, I would not choose to engage the firm again or recommend it to others. This review reflects my personal opinions and firsthand experience only. It is not intended as a statement of objective fact regarding the firm’s overall practices, nor as an allegation of misconduct, negligence, or wrongdoing by any individual or entity.
