I reached out to Mancuso because my bike was having issues that just didn’t feel right to me. I explained the situation over the phone, and they were incredibly helpful, offering to transport my bike to the dealership for free (one-way) for service and repair, which was amazing. Huge shoutout to Kevin, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure my bike was loaded safely and properly. Kristen and Mike were also fantastic. As the front-facing team, they not only helped get my bike taken care of, but also gave me the confidence to ride again after how the bike had been feeling. That speaks volumes. They even threw in a few small extras and did a test ride with me once everything was completed. I couldn’t be happier, the bike has never run better after coming out of their service center. I’ll definitely be back for my 5K service! (Added a photo of my Street Bob 114)

Amazing experience from start to finish! The team at this Harley-Davidson dealership made buying my bike such a smooth and exciting process. Everyone was friendly, patient, and super knowledgeable. They really took their time explaining everything and never made me feel pressured. The whole process — from choosing the bike to paperwork and delivery — was easy and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and highly recommend them to anyone looking to join the Harley family! And a huge thank you to max! I had a great experience at Mancuso. Do yourself a favor and visit this dealer over The Woodlands Harley Davidson. Mancuso provided great service and didn't play the bullshit sleezy sales practices that The Woodlands Harley Davidson does. Mancuso gave me more then I thought I would ever get for my trade and even gave more then I was trying to sell it for privately. They did not have any added fees or dealer mark-ups. The sales manager and Jordan were great to work with and got me in and out of the dealership quickly. I will definitely be back for service and when I am ready to buy my next bike.

Arrived from Canada to our storage unit which had been robbed, both key fobs (yes we know) had been taken. Phoned another dealership with minimal help, reached out to Mancuso’s; Mike was the voice of calm and reason and assured us we would be taken care of. Towed the bike to Mancuso, they fixed what was needed while treating wife and I like family while we sister after an exhausting day. At closing time realized the gas tank cover didn’t have the key; Sam came right out and hooked us up with a push button and the journey began! Honour and all the staff in the retail section were amazing!!! We travel across North America on our bike and this establishment was by far the meaning of Harley and teammates on the road. If we could give over five stars we would!!!
