From the start, the communication was excellent, all my questions were answered before I even left my house. We drove 3 hours to get there, and it was worth every mile. Good people and a huge vehicle selection. The staff was straightforward, respectful of my time, and easy to work with throughout the process. Super happy with the car-buying experience at Mac Haik Ford. I've been casually shopping for a new car for over six months. I was planning to wait until late 2026, but then I saw a dealer incentive on the website for a 2024 model that still had the climate control knobs. The dealer was close to my house, so it was an easy decision to go in and verify the accuracy of the photos. The website price got me in the door, but the sales experience with Jason closed the deal. I thought I would get low-balled on my trade-in, so I didn't think we'd be looking at a purchase that day. However, the trade-in value was not insulting. I was actually happy with the first round of numbers I was presented. I know plenty of folks would have haggled to try and knock down the price more, but to be honest, I saw what they presented to me and found it acceptable. The dealer-installed accessories were also not exorbitant pricing, so I was okay with those items too. Jason did not get aggressive with any part of the sales process. He professionally presented the options on the vehicle and didn't try and upsell me. He walked me through the setup of the app and ensured I would receive my new Ford rewards. I was a Subaru owner from 2016 until 2025 with two different Subarus that were purchased outside of Texas. I had never really considered a Ford for my primary vehicle because of many reasons--but one was my belief that their sales team would make the experience stressful. However, I was wrong. I'm happy with my new Ford Bronco Sport and will definitely use the dealer for service based on this experience.
