Yes I highly recommend! I have bought multiple cars here used and new. All departments are wonderful. They go above and beyond what they job description requires. Sales- Big Jon went out of his way to find me the perfect suv for me. That was in my price range, millage range and just what I was looking for. Finance- Erick also went out of his way to make sure I got the interest rate I could work with and money payment. Service- John L. Always goes out of his way to make sure if I any time consuming service, he always made sure I had a loaner to use. When I bought my most recent car I noticed a little paint imperfections . John & Chad made sure it was fixed and made the car look flawless . I would highly recommend buying your cars from here!

Jen, the GM, was amazing at making a quick deal with me. We handled everything over the phone and was in and out to pick up my Jeep the very next day! They were very transparent with their numbers and their customer service from start to finish was A1! Couldn't recommend them more!

I just purchased my second vehicle from Mak Haik DCJ and I do NOT regret returning. Alexander (Alex) Cabrera reached out to me after I accidentally input my information when I was browsing through their used inventory. I came in on a whim one Saturday and Alex helped me narrow down a beautiful preowned Jeep. Alex was calm, knowledgeable, gentle, understanding and polite when it came to the sale of my new vehicle. Alex showed true salesman ship and is to be commended for a fantastic job. His work ethic is also a direct reflection of this Mac Haik's leadership team. It is also worth mentioning the great customer service from the other sales professionals I spoke with when I was making my trips to this dealership and during the sales process. Each time I walked in, I was greeted almost immediately and helped.

Jose our sales agent was very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. I did not make a purchase that day but Jose’s follow through and his responsiveness stood out. It felt like I was dealing with a friend rather than a sales agent. In the end I purchased the car. While in finance I again had a great experience. Erick was very straightforward with what he could offer and there was no hidden fees or crazy additions to what Jose and I agreed on. Erick took the time to review a few options to make sure I was happy with not only the price but monthly payment as well. I’m in my forty’s and this is the first review I’ve done…ever. I really had a positive experience and will look to Mac Haik North for my next purchase.

My husband and I worked with Leo to buy our new truck on September 19th, and while we absolutely love our truck it seemed the moment the sale was finalized we were forgotten about. We live 3 hours away, and found this truck online. My husband worked the deal with Leo on a Thursday and we went down Friday to buy it/pick it up. Leo told us at 4 pm on thursday we needed to put down a 500 deposit for the truck otherwise it was at heavy risk of being sold to someone else, as many people were eyeing it. We told him we could but needed the 500 back immediately as we were using it to pay off our other truck. He said no problem, you'll have it back in 3-5 business days tops. We agreed and sent the money. A week after the purchase, after not being able to get a response from Leo about our refund I was able to contact Anthony, our finance guy. He said he saw the 500 reciept but didnt know what to do with it, Leo had also never mentioned to him that it was supposed to be returned within 3-5 days. Because at that point it was already past 7 days he couldnt refund it to our card and promised to overnight a check. After not receiving that a week later my husband called anthony after again not getting any response from Leo or being able to talk to the GM who refuses to take calls, anthony promised to look into it and call us back. He called us back 5 minutes later and said finance had just mailed it out and they didnt overnight it like he asked. That was on Tuesday. Today is Friday, three weeks after the purchase of our truck and we still haven't received our refund to be able to pay off our other truck. Im super dissapointed that Leo didnt keep his word, and seems to have forgotten about us after the sale. Im also very dissapointed with the GM who has not bothered to call us back once over the many times we have tried to call him. I am thankful for the efforts of Anthony who has been very helpful in all of this.
