Mac Haik Chevrolet is an outstanding dealership and has an amazing sales team. My salesman, Kevin Varela, did an exceptional job managing the complex delivery of my 2025 Corvette E-Ray along with the trade-in of my C8 Z51. I live in Florida, so the process involved shipping my Z51 to Houston, coordinating its receipt, and then arranging shipment of the E-Ray back to Florida. All of this was handled while I was overseas in Europe, which added another layer of complexity. To make matters more challenging, the shipping company delivered after hours and did a poor job communicating, attempting to contact me at 4 a.m. my time. Kevin stepped in and handled everything flawlessly. He resolved the delivery issue, ensured the vehicle was secured, and personally managed the shipment of my new E-Ray to Florida. His communication, professionalism, and calm problem-solving made what could have been a very stressful situation completely seamless. The car is incredible, and Kevin made a difficult logistical transaction work perfectly from start to finish. Thank you, Kevin, for the outstanding service and dedication. They lived up to their reputation. Pricing was more than fair and they were willing to work to make a deal. Taylor and Alessio didn’t play games. We just worked through both sides and came to an agreement on trade, financing and pricing and the condition of the vehicles exceeded my expectations and I am picky as a former detailer. We even went over every item on the Car fax before I signed anything to make sure I was happy with the vehicle condition and history. Already recommended to my father.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my Chevy truck at this dealership just two days ago. I want to especially recognize Cesar Rojas, the salesperson who did an outstanding job. He was professional, attentive, and very clear throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured and he answered all my questions patiently. I also want to highlight AJ Flores, the finance representative, who did a great job finding the best financing option for me and fully meeting my requests.
