Lowe's

Lowe’s is generally an easy and convenient store to shop at. Everything is laid out in a way that makes items easy to find, and it’s rarely overcrowded, which I really appreciate. Parking is easy, and I like that they offer veterans parking, which is a nice touch since my son is a veteran. I also love how organized the carts usually are they’re almost always where they should be. Self-checkout is another plus and usually moves quickly. Sometimes it can be slow depending on the season.One of my favorite things about Lowe’s is their holiday décor they always have a huge selection and lots of fun options to choose from. On the downside, the bathrooms are often not very clean, and returns can be a bit of a hassle. Their return policy has definitely gotten stricter, so make sure to hold onto your receipt. Because of that, returns aren’t as smooth as they used to be. Overall, it’s still a solid store with good organization and convenience. A few improvements in cleanliness and return flexibility would easily make this a 5-star experience.

I have never dealt with a more useless store than Lowe’s - North Center Houston. I have been calling nonstop and NO ONE answers. And when someone finally does? They transfer me to another line where it rings forever and then disconnects. Over and over again. It’s a joke. All I’m trying to do is PAY for dishwasher installation labor because their website glitched and wouldn’t let me add it when I checked out. I was told to call this store specifically. Cool. Except apparently no one there actually works. On top of that, haul-away was included with delivery and they didn’t take my old dishwasher. So now I have a brand new one I can’t install and the old one still sitting in my house because this store can’t get it together. Absolutely incompetent!!!

Thousand of employees just walking around. We needed help loading. Requested at the pro section checkout. He radioed through intercom, No one came. I do not recommend this Lowes to anyone. Store Manager & entire staffs should be ashamed for your laziness!!

I needed to say how HELPFUL and courteous everyone here at this location is. I was so pleased we bought a AC Unit and while I was there I also went ahead and bought ANOTER swirl chair for my patio. Got another outside store for my patio. LOVE MY PATIO! Excellent customer service given to us by TURBO. She was AMAZING very nice 👌. Went back the other day to get something else and said Hi 👋🏻 to her. Thanks Lowe's for having great employees & informative!

I went to the store on Jan. 18th to buy caulk for a sink. I did not know what I needed. An associate named Ken helped me locate the proper type of caulk. He explained the difference in products and how to get the best outcome. He took the product off the shelf and placed it in my hand. I appreciate that Ken took the time to show me the products and explain the process. My project came out great.
