Well after a horrible experience with a brand new 5th wheel I purchased from another dealer after only owning 4 months ( which i no longer have )....My husband and I came across Lone Star RV North after looking on RV Trader for a new 5th wheel. I called them the next day about a 2025 Jayco 382FLRB...I spoke to a gentleman name Jan...He assured me he had the 5th wheel we were looking for..Went to Lone Star and I knew this was the place !! Jan definitely knew his business and earned our business within 30 mins. He made the purchase so easy for us with no pressure ! We picked up our new 5th wheel yesterday and Mr Billy in service dept spent hours walking us thru and showing us every little detail !! So if you are in the market for a new Jayco RV definitely go see Jan at Lone Star. Also if you need any RV parts they are definitely your hook up !! Thanks to everyone there

I didn't look at the new campers, I just ran inside and bought some parts for an old camper. They have a catalog that would rival the old catalogs your mom would give you and say circle some things you want. I think it might have been Sears that had the big catalog. So their catalog is as big, and if you have a bunch of campers, or A camper it's fun to look at. The lady got my part in two minutes. And they were funny. Reasonable price. I'll definitely be going right there for all my camper needs in the future.

I worked with Jan Valk at the North Frwy store. I can't think him enough for all that he did to go out of his way to help me. He helped educate me about the Jayco Feather as well as the differences in hitches. He provided exceptional customer service. Ask for Jan and I know he will do all he can to make you a Happy Camper!

I wanna say thank you to Shawna and Scott for always taking care of me about my camper there 12 years ago when I came home From Iraq you certainly take care of us Veterans. I appreciate you always being there when I need something for my camper go by and see Shawna and Scott for your parts and overall homestyle southern hospitality. Their service department is outstanding as well. Always willing to check things out before you really need to spend money or not. That’s what I’m talking about Trug customer service thank you again Shawna and happy new year to you and your family.

Short Version: Ask for Jan for sales and Billy for service. These gentlemen will make sure your RV purchase is smooth sailing start to finish. Long Version: I rolled in on a Saturday shortly after they opened for the day, knowing I wanted to look at 2 variations of the same unit their website showed they had in stock at this location. Was promptly met with Jan after a brief stop by the front desk, who showed me to both units and answered any questions I had about the units. Struck a deal with Jan right there for a brand new 2025 Jayco 290 RKS SLX Elite. Jan helped throughout the following week to make sure all the paperwork was squared away and ready to go for the following Saturday when I would pick up the rv and take possession of it. He also did an amazing job on the financial side of everything to get me the best rates he could. On the Saturday I picked the RV up (which they don't normally do as service is closed on Saturdays so someone has to come in on their day off) Billy from the service department did my walk through and answered all my questions. He also showed me a lot of amazing features I didn't know the unit had. He was very relaxed the whole time and easygoing. After the walk through I went and signed final paperwork with Jan and took possession of my brand new unit. Jan did tell me before I left though, call him for anything. Questions, comments, concerns, or problems, and he would help even if it means getting me in touch with someone else he would make sure my problems got solved. These gentlemen make an amazing team for the RV buying experience and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a stress free experience.
