Once again, Legacy Mechanical Solutions has provided exceptionally superb HVAC service for my family. My wife, Yolanda and I are repeat customers with Legacy and they never fail to provide innovative solutions to our HVAC needs and concerns. This time around, my wife had her heart set on having a 2nd A/C unit installed to help with cooling our 2nd floor. Upon addressing these needs with Legacy, Christian immediately recommended a Mini Split system. We were skeptical, but we went ahead and had the system installed in our downstairs master bedroom because: 1) Legacy advised us of the significant cost savings outside of spending $16K on a new unit, 2) Legacy advised us that we should see a reduction in our monthly utility bill and 3) Legacy ASSURED Yolanda that our bedroom would feel Artic like she requested. Exactly, 1 month later, all 3 elements are true and accurate. We control the temperature in our bedroom as you would a hotel room, the rest of our house utilizes our central system and our light bill has been reduced by half. The Mini Split was DEFINITELY the way to go and we continue to give thanks and praise to Legacy Mechanical. We love you guys. Shout out to Jacob and Christian and our 2 install guys. Mike came out today and replaced my main AC unit. He said it would take 5 hours and it took 5 hours. Installation was completed efficiently and when finished, explained all that had been done. He explained the unit specifics and made sure all was working right before leaving. Left the house as clean as before he arrived. Very impressed with his professionalism. Yesterday, we had our dryer duct cleaned by Legacy Mechanical. They are a family owned business and did a fantastic job. The technician, Mike, was awesome, very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I would recommend this company very highly. It was a great experience!
