Excellent customer service! The legal team (Mac and his paralegal Marlene and the lawyer from their Corporate team ) answered all our questions and provided insights that we hadn't thought of which was incredibly helpful. The operations team (specifically Megan and Allie) made everything simple for us to get started working with the team. We are so grateful for how easy this team is to work with.

I haven't been too impressed with this firm. I originally switched to them for my trademark filing(s) because the previous firm I used was discontinued. I currently have a trademark in the US and tried to file the same trademark for Canada (CIPO). Over a year later they tell me that the application will likely be rejected due to the verbiage of the product name on the application. They even stated they knew about this concern shortly after the initial filing, but haven't told me until now. They proceeded to tell me it would cost another $250-$500 to have someone correct this. I was assuming the original service fee would include the attention to avoid these issues in the first place. I don't have much experience with IP firms so maybe this is all standard practice.. but it seems like they are somewhat incompetent, or worse, they just don't care. I'll be looking for another firm to handle all my IP.

The team at Lloyd and Mousilli were incredibly quick to help answer my questions, understand my perspective, and provide very quick support.
