The review is more related to the character of some of the employees vice the quality of their service. Poor character usually results in poor quality work and questionable ethics. Today a LRS Service truck was illegally parked in a handicap parking spot. He didn't take 1 but 2 parking spots. When I advised him he was parked in handicap parking, he stated it had been covered by snow which had since melted. It was obvious he was lying as it was 14 degrees outside and snow was NOT melting. He never offered to move the vehicle but sat there defiantly. He is either one low quality employee or part of a company culture which tolerates this type of behavior. It might be in your best interest to avoid this company in hopes preventing serious problems later.
