Outstanding service at the Gessner Driver License Office. I was assisted by Elbony, and this was genuinely the best DPS experience I’ve had. My visit was completed even earlier than my scheduled appointment time. What impressed me most was her professionalism and respectful manner. She consistently used polite and courteous language throughout the entire interaction, which made the process feel comfortable and stress-free. She even asked me to review my photo before finalizing everything — a thoughtful detail that showed real care for the customer. Truly excellent service.

Had a horrible experience here. Went with my family member to get a drivers license. Everyone was very rude and seemed upset that my family member didn’t speak English fluently enough for their liking. I would not recommend this location to people that may struggle with English language. There are very little to no Spanish speaking attendees and everyone is very very rude.

Pretty quick and painless if you schedule for an appointment online & when you get there to check in. Be sure to fill out your paperwork ahead of time so when they call you they'll help & process you out faster.

The staff here are super kind and friendly... For a foreign who does not speak English fluent, they took the time to guide me with patience and love. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS. ❤️
