Friendly service and sale staff. Check their service specials, always surprise. Very busy place for services, be prepared for long wait time for service. However, there are plenty comfortable seats, desks and quiet area for doing your own things. There is hot breakfast in some early Saturday mornings when you have service there. Nice😀

I really enjoy enjoying Lexus' service. If you don't know which salesperson is better, I recommend Danh Nguyen. He is a very, very good salesperson who patiently and carefully answers all your questions and considers them from the customer's perspective. The cars bought with his help went smoothly, and the cost-effectiveness was also very good. A highly recommended salesperson. Whether it's leasing or buying a car, or repairing and maintaining it, he is very responsible in helping you. He is very different from other salespeople. He doesn't just end up selling cars to you. It can be said that he is not just a salesperson. He has always been responsible to his customers.

I had a great experience with Cris Garner at Southwest Houston Lexus. He answered all my questions. He’s friendly and he took a lot of time with us. He showed me all the neat gadgets on my car. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

I purchased a vehicle yesterday from Roley and Donovan. They were the Best and made it so smooth. I highly recommend either one of the two! Nice place, convenient location! Went to the PARTS department to dupe a key but it’s too costly. The service desk rep Joey Martinez was very nice and helpful! We appreciate him.
