Level 2 Charging Station

Great experience. Super fast 220+kW charging speeds on Ioniq 5. You can use their app to initiate charge session, but importantly you don’t have too. You can simply plug in and tap to pay with regular credit card and boom you’re good to go. This simplicity is how all charging stations should be. Well done. Only mark against is no shade / rain cover, and in Houston you need that. Also at end of session it popped a QR code on screen that when you scan it takes you straight to a receipt. So simple, so great. PS, great Taco joint right around the corner.

This site offers a total of 6 chargers, each equipped with 2 CCS charging ports, allowing for 12 vehicles to charge simultaneously. The area is clean and has windshield cleaning squeegees just like at traditional gas stations. The chargers feature modern displays that are easy to use. There's a beautiful mural on the south side, adding a touch of art to the environment. I hope to see a cool mural on the north side too. While the site currently does not have a convenience store or toilets, it is located in the heart of downtown, with many restaurants and bars nearby.
