Worst customer service. I woke up to a flat tire and decided to come to this shop near my home. Worst mistake. The guys put a patch on my tire because it had a nail. I should have left then. I saw and heard the owner telling the other guys what to do while he was sitting down. While I was in my car, I could tell this guy didn't have any experience. The guy was done with my tire. I got on the freeway and noticed my car was driving funny, like wobbly. Note that my car was not doing that before. My boyfriend went back, and they told him they couldn't do anything. "You just need new tires!" I called to ask for the owner's name. The rude guy who answered the phone asked why I wanted his name. I told him I was going to report his business. He said, "Go ahead." Per the guys JOSE ROSALES is the owner. People go somewhere else.

I have been here 3 times and ALL 3 times they were too lazy to help. Today I waited 40 min for them to open as they just stared at me. Then asked what I needed and I said to just mount two tires. That's it, very quick.. he chuckled and said no and then just went inside. Three times as a paying customer and they do not help. Rude and zero English.

Been here 3 times and not 1 time would they help me. This morning I just needed 2 wheels put on, they even had tires on the rims already, I just needed them mounted, they said no! Literally undo lug nuts put a tire on tighten them and get paid. And they said no! Horrible customer service!

I truly recommend this place , they always do a great job with any of my tire needs . The mechanic does an amazing job he has helped me fixed many things on my vehicle and the prices are very fair . He is a very honest and friendly man . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone .

Called 10 minutes before closing while a block away. Asked if I bring my truck in now can you still work on it since you're still open. They said no we're already closed. I said the sign says you're open till 8:00. By this time I was already out front at 7: 51. Maybe they're a good tire shop when it's not closing time or just before closing time and they feel like doing work. I will never know
