I had an amazing experience with LeafFilter, The sales representative, Lynn L. was absolutely outstanding. She was sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain how the system works and what to expect during installation. Lynn answered all of my questions with patience and made sure I felt confident about the decision. Her friendly attitude and honesty really stood out, and she never made the process feel rushed or pressured at all. The installation was also amazing and on time, I know I made the right choice. Thank you so much Lynn, for providing such excellent customer service and making this such a positive experience for me and my family, I would recommend Leaf Filter as long as Lynn continues to be sales representative.

I saw their good reputation on Instagram, like any sales business promoting their products. I signed up to get a quote, and that’s where the problem started. An appointment was scheduled for 9:00, and the guy arrived at 8:50. My expectation was simply to look at the house and receive a quote. We gave him a tour of the house, and he explained why I needed gutters to protect the foundation — which was fine, since I had already been researching the topic for some time. Then he came inside, sat down, and started explaining the product, how durable it is, and asking me many questions. He gave me inflated prices just to later offer discounts. I hated this kind of unnecessary aggressive marketing. After an hour, he was still sitting in my chair. I had to tell him, “Let’s wrap this up, I have things to do,” since it was my day off and I had many errands to run.

Mr. Austin Rieyler arrived well-dressed and greeted me with a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease; it felt like speaking with a friend I’ve known for years. He was highly attentive as I explained my needs and demonstrated impressive knowledge regarding solutions for my roof water management issues. I really appreciated that he took the time to thoroughly walk me through the installation process, the company’s history, and the various payment options available. His respectful, honest, and friendly approach is the sole reason I have decided to move forward with a LeafFilter installation in the near future.
