Truly enjoy going to Lashes By Victoria. I enjoy supporting small, local businesses but enjoy my lashes even more! I used to go to Amazing Lash but the staff turnover and inconsistencies were too much. At Lashes By Victoria, you get the personalized customer service, no staff churn, and consistency that I was looking for. It is easy to book online, in person or over the phone with experienced lash technicians. There is plenty of parking. No longer do I have to pay extra for an experienced lash tech that might be gone next week or talk to a receptionist that thinks its my first time there. My lashes look better than ever, the customer service is wonderful, plus they provide little treats (candy/water/ soda). It's the personal touch, not having to worry about lashes being torn out of your eyeball, and all the small perks you get from going to a small business. Thank you, Victoria!

I used to come here before and I would feel a little burning around my eyes but it would go away a few hours later. February 20, 2025, I booked a refill appointment because my regular lash tech was sick. Since I came here before, I decided to book my refill here. The lady asked me if she could remove my lash extensions since they were done by somebody else and the fake lashes grew too long already (3rd week). I was okay with it and I asked for classic lashes. I was having a hard time opening my eyes after the appointment, I had to lay on the bed for another 10 minutes because my eyes were burning a lot. My eyes were very red and swelling for 6-7 days. I had to ask for a few days off at work because it was really hard for me to open my eyes. I had to put eye drops and lay on the bed because I couldn't open my eyes. I think it was the glue. I did recommend this place before but not anymore...

This is a great place with fantastic owners. They are prompt in answering calls and working with clients on scheduling, a tough task considering how busy they are all the time. If your going to get your lashes done, custom quality like Lashes by Victoria is ALWAYS going to be better than one of these cheap knock off places.

I have been here twice and the results are consistent. I had the pleasure of having my lashes completed by Victoria. She is the sweetest and she will make sure your lashes will come out to your liking. If you don't have a picture of the look you're going for, she will gladly show you the different options. Victoria will make recommendations based on what you choose. Easy to book an appointment online and you have the choice to book your follow-up after your appointment too. Keep in mind, there is a $25 charge to secure your appointment, which goes towards your service price. They have free snacks and water. Clean, welcoming, and cozy space.

I’ve been going to Victoria for over 7 years she has been pretty amazing! She is very accommodating and always does very consistent work. I love my hour nap and waking up with a fresh set of lashes! She’s the best! She works fast and they still look perfect! I also love the new online scheduling! I highly recommend her and the other techs! When Victoria is booked up and I need a quick refill she makes notes to the other tech of what I want done! Over the years I have recommended her to friends and now they all still continue to go to Lashes by Victoria! Try her out she’s great!
