I used to come here before and I would feel a little burning around my eyes but it would go away a few hours later. February 20, 2025, I booked a refill appointment because my regular lash tech was sick. Since I came here before, I decided to book my refill here. The lady asked me if she could remove my lash extensions since they were done by somebody else and the fake lashes grew too long already (3rd week). I was okay with it and I asked for classic lashes. I was having a hard time opening my eyes after the appointment, I had to lay on the bed for another 10 minutes because my eyes were burning a lot. My eyes were very red and swelling for 6-7 days. I had to ask for a few days off at work because it was really hard for me to open my eyes. I had to put eye drops and lay on the bed because I couldn't open my eyes. I think it was the glue. I did recommend this place before but not anymore...

This is a great place with fantastic owners. They are prompt in answering calls and working with clients on scheduling, a tough task considering how busy they are all the time. If your going to get your lashes done, custom quality like Lashes by Victoria is ALWAYS going to be better than one of these cheap knock off places.

I have been here twice and the results are consistent. I had the pleasure of having my lashes completed by Victoria. She is the sweetest and she will make sure your lashes will come out to your liking. If you don't have a picture of the look you're going for, she will gladly show you the different options. Victoria will make recommendations based on what you choose. Easy to book an appointment online and you have the choice to book your follow-up after your appointment too. Keep in mind, there is a $25 charge to secure your appointment, which goes towards your service price. They have free snacks and water. Clean, welcoming, and cozy space.

I’ve been going to Victoria for over 7 years she has been pretty amazing! She is very accommodating and always does very consistent work. I love my hour nap and waking up with a fresh set of lashes! She’s the best! She works fast and they still look perfect! I also love the new online scheduling! I highly recommend her and the other techs! When Victoria is booked up and I need a quick refill she makes notes to the other tech of what I want done! Over the years I have recommended her to friends and now they all still continue to go to Lashes by Victoria! Try her out she’s great!

Okay I think I’ve officially found my Houston lash salon! I moved back to houston last year and have been to four different techs. I’ve been getting my lashes done for about 4 years now. Since being back I’ve been to two lash salons that had either awful work or bad glue so I would get home and see 2 lashes glued to a single extension, a lot of bunching and it just damaged my lashes. Or it would be so rough that my eyelids would be swollen the next morning. I’ve been to two other places that I’ve had pleasant experiences with but just couldn’t give me the look I wanted. I literally just walked into the salon and told them I wanted a natural but longer cat eye. My tech pulled a lash length and confirmed with me that it was what I wanted and then just went to work. She was so gentle there was no discomfort at all. She was so quick but her work was detailed and I could feel her perfecting it at the end. I got perfect fluffy cat eye lashes that were just the right length for my natural lash. I also love how you can book so easily online. It makes such a big difference when you can glance at their availability and compare it to your own when trying to schedule your appointment. The pricing is great even without a discount. It’s not super high like I’ve seen some salons but it’s definitely priced at its value and I’m not worried that they’ll try to rush me out to squeeze in more clients. I’m really excited about this find! Update! I’ve been going for almost a year now and just wanted to update and let everyone know I still LOVE this place and Taylor. The staff is so sweet and care about their clients. Taylor works fast and has kept my lashes healthy. The prices still can’t be beat for the service they give. The studio is always clean and bright and my appointment has only been delayed maybe twice and they’ve been for the last appointment of the day (which makes sense with clients being a little late that it would catch up). Their 6 business hour cancellation policy is more than lenient compared to any salons/spa I’ve seen and they only require a flat $25 deposit to book. Overall still rate it 5 stars and recommend it to everyone.
