Several years ago we purchased kitchen cabinets through Lowe’s. Our experience was 95% positive, the only negatives being communication challenges that were eventually resolved. Kraft Made cabinets are beautifully made, sturdy and functional. We are very happy with them and have received many compliments over the years.

I purchased the ginger maple all wood cabinets through Home Depot. They were well packaged and arrived as scheduled. The delivery team has good communication with me. There were some shipping damages which took another 3 weeks to receive. We had enough cabinets to get started. The installation was not as smooth and replacement cabinets were needed. Replacement took 3 weeks.The Home Depot changed the installers and I ended with a kitchen I love. I was grateful for the design help and the crown molding recommendations to complete the look.

Ordered through Home Depot, they represented your product well. We shopped 3 other manufacturers and finally picked Kraft Maid. This was our first kitchen remodel and when they arrived on time we were very excited. A good friend from worked helped with the install and remarked how nice the cabinets were build and finished. We plan to retire in this home so quality was important and we feel these Kraft Maid hit the mark. Thank you Anderson’s

We purchased our Kraftmaid cabinets from Lowes and are very satisfied with them. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because we ordered one glass cabinet door that was the seeded look. The door looked like a regular glass door and you had to look very hard to see the "seeded" effect. Other than that we love the cabinets and the new look of our kitchen. Our sales rep (Scott)? at Lowes was very good at laying out our vision on paper and ordering. They were delivered on time with no damage and no missing pieces. Hopefully they will last a very long time. I will post a few before and after pics...

Honestly, just run. Kraftmaid has been nothing but a nightmare for us. We are currently on our 2nd set of replacement cabinets. The local rep in the area that came out said we were being picky and said “yall are lucky they weren’t more damaged as they normally get messed up in the hub”. He dodged our emails and calls for weeks, dodge the email and calls from the dealer we went through to order Kraftmaid; apparently he was retiring a month after he came out for the home inspection so he didn’t care. We had to reach out to the regional who sent a rep from a different area, he confirmed we were not “picky” 90% of our cabinets had damages, hairline fractures, dents, scratches, one door was installed the wrong way, stain wasn’t applied correctly, cabinets not sanded down or wiped off correctly, etc, etc, etc. The first set of cabinets arrived the 1st week of April, the 2nd set which was 1 cabinet that the original rep order when we actually needed way more arrived towards the end of May, our 3rd set was supposed to be here 8/4-8/8 I called to get an update and apparently it’s been delayed but no one reached out to advise us or the dealer. Kraftmaid has not made any attempt to expedite anything or extend any apology. The cabinets are mediocre, if I would of known I would of preferred to buy cabinets off the shelf from Home Depot or Lowe’s that don’t have any of the damage that our “custom, high quality” cabinets from Kraftmaid have. Our total order consist of 45 pieces, we’re currently waiting on 30 pieces that are now in limbo since they aren’t delivering when they said they would and now won’t provide an updated date. I’m not sure how anyone deals with their deliveries because they give you a “delivery week” and then you have to wait for them to call you 24 hours in advance which if you have a job many people know you have to put in time off prior to that. Needless to say, if anyone from Kraftmaid ever respond to us I want a refund back. We’ve been without a kitchen for months. They don’t care about the inconvenience that they have caused nor have any urgency to remedy it. If I could give a negative star, I absolutely would.
