I’m honestly disappointed in your coverage. It feels like you’re constantly defending or softening criticism toward Trump while running paid Republican ads on your channel. That makes viewers question your integrity. Are you reporting the news — or protecting political interests because of advertising revenue? It’s frustrating to see media platforms claim neutrality while clearly leaning one way when money is involved. If this is how you operate, don’t be surprised when viewers stop watching.

I regularly enjoy this channel for the 4 O'clock news however their app and web page are poorly executed. I deleted the app months ago due to frustration with its functionality. I now only use the website and it is also underwhelming and riddled with pop ups and advertising. One of the biggest cities in the nation and we have a local news agency that feels like it can only survive by including third party advertising on its website. Pop ups and ridiculous commercials! You should be ashamed of the online presence that you provide for the amazing city of HOUSTON!

We were invited to a live audience without much details. Granted, it is not the studio's fault that they handled our arrival poorly. Everyone was officious and polite, but I almost walked out. Processes to handle animals need to be examined. I am of the opinion that the Houston Live segments are interspersed with infomercials and am disappointed. It is a channel, I usually watch the weather but block the news reports for lack of details. HR's CYA was less caring than worrying about the dog bite.

I was able to see bill Spencer for help,was given information on paper from the security guard,help desk,which I have already been,and tried to contact by phone,I guess they are to busy,for a full time channel viewer,religiously
