ZERO stars!!!!! KHOU picked up a story from a sister station WFAA and rebroadcast it without checking for accuracy. It was inaccurate and misleading and the story slandered my company. WFAA in Dallas agreed they made a mistake and aired an apology and clarification to the story. WFAA responed to me immediately when I contacted. NO RESPONSE FROM KHOU 11. The executive news director at WFAA told me she has talked to the news director in Houston about the situation and told them to take down the video. The video is gone but again, they refuse to respond back. With so many new venue options, why watch KHOU who cares so little about the communty they report on. :(

I think it is bull crap that channel 11 kept the Cincinnati and Washington game on till 3:25 pm making the Texans fans miss almost the whole first quater of the football game in Denver! I think some other channel should be allowed to take over the football games because channel 11 sucks!!

I truly enjoyed being apart of the live broadcast as an audience member. We received nice gifts and great customer service from everyone.
