Debbie, the owner of Kharisma, has been doing my hair for over 40 years. I love her! This salon is full of professional, talented, and capable staff and stylists. I wouldn't go to anyone else for cuts, perms, color, or styling.

The individual leaving negative reviews about the front desk associate, Erin, has been harassing her and sending threatening messages so please disregard! Erin is amazing at her job and all of the clients love her!

Ashley has been cutting and coloring my hair for 16 years. She does a wonderful job with curly hair. My hair has always been in excellent condition before and after a cut and color. The salon is lovely. The ladies that wash hair are polite and friendly and they work in a good scalp massage. Kharisma is super clean: squeaky clean windows, sparkling floors and very nice bathrooms. All of the staff is friendly and professional. Debbie, the owner, runs a great salon that is always customer centric!

Professional, Warm, Inviting. Today was my first time at Kharisma and the whole staff was friendly and inviting. My hairstylist Courtney took the time to discuss the best plan for my hair and to hear my thoughts and even past experiences at salons. I will definitely come back this is a great place in the Galleria area. High end doesn't have to mean a snobby cold demeanor which unfortunately I have experienced too much esp. around this area of town. Thanks Courtney, you helped me look fabulous today!
