They treated me great and got me in and out the door rather quickly. Unusual. But I'm happy about it. I am always happy about the service they do provide cuz they're usually pretty good to me. Update. Was there again today about 6 months later. Still great service in the parts department. In-and-Out quickly However I recommend you stay away from the service department. I don't know what the disconnect between these two entities are. The parts department is great while the service department is absolutely horrible. I don't understand it. Had issues with def system and exhaust on T680. Always a worry when the truck is down, landed at kenworth Houston and immediately felt welcomed. Explained the issue to Preston the manager and got an immediate diagnosis of the problem. Left the truck headed home, just as I landed home I had a text with pics of what the issue was and a detailed response of how to solve the issue. Preston kept me updated along the way and had the truck back in 2 days. Extremely happy with the service and felt secure that the truck was in good hands. Thank you Preston and your staff for a job well done. Highly recommend there a very good team and Preston is a great leader.

I am highly disappointed in this location once again. Doesn’t seem to care about customers at all. You are told one thing then put on the back burner for days. Costing me thousands in revenue loss. At these prices shown below you would think they would move with a purpose especially just to change a sensor. Performance it’s time to start firing people at this location asap.

I'm here now. Time is 11:18 a.m. Real bad customer service with the Cashiers. I was literally standing in line waiting a good 10 minutes with 3 of the ladies in their with their backs turned. I was the only person in line and no one acknowledged me as a customer to checkout. Im assuming the receptionist(the lady behind the desk once you walk in) tapped on the window, I thought for me,, but no for her. The lady that helped her were joking back and forth.. She the proceeded to take the lady payment and stillllllllllllll didn't acknowledge me.. if you're the manager at this location,, you can check the cameras for proof.. its 11:26a.m. and I'm still here finishing this review. So due to bad service I politely gave my parts back. ABRAHAM GARCIA in the parts department really helped me out and looked up what the part was used for so that I would have a better understanding of the part. And made sure it was the correct part. I noticed how important REVIEWS are, that's why I take the time out to leave them. I operate different, but she would have been sent home. Just saying. Work is Work when you punch in with good customer service. Hopefully something is done or better training. Hopefully I don't have this same bad experience at service knowing I need my truck checked out.

Horrible customer service , they have you pick out a number . Then call other number with the number you pull . So basically you have to run to the front in order to get service & however get there first they would push you back in line . Even tho they called your number first . You most definitely going to be waiting a long time here . They are very slow pace best believe they going take there sweet time helping you .. never again
