I’ve lived in many communities and states over the years and have to say my years in Sienna were the best. Looking at numerous communities in the Fort Bend area, it was clear that Sienna was a stand-out. Even in its early years, the amenities were fabulous and events in the community brought people together. We were no longer neighbors; we were friends. Today, I know what makes Sienna so exceptional is Johnson Development. Every detail is thought out, and they truly care about building the very best community for their residents.

Johnson Development only cares about the sales of houses without considering the Quality of life. They are endangering the health of our community by not having sufficient roads entering and exiting our neighborhoods. Because of this poor planning, in the case of an emergency, we cannot get out of our neighborhood. It should not take an hour to go the 2-3 miles to a major road. And yet, they keep adding more and more homes, further exacerbating the problem. Unsuspecting home buyers who don’t travel in the neighborhood during rush hour are oblivious to the traffic challenges until after they have moved in. And then they’re stuck!

The worst! I’ve lived in Sienna near Houston for 20 years and it’s getting worse! Constantly building new houses yet not doing anything to help alleviate traffic. I mean, an hour just to drive 2-3 miles in rush hour? Ridiculous! Poorly developed community. Not every open land needs to be built on. Not to mention the emergency personnel, have a difficult time getting through sienna to get to an emergency because of all the bad traffic. Do better!

Top notch developer in the greater Houston area. Enjoy the wonderful landscaping, amenities, and streetscapes in some of the top rated communities around. Each community is unique and so much time and effort is made to keep these master planned communities thriving for many years to come.

I love, love, love Johnson Development! They really help the realtors learn about their communities and they have some of the MOST BEAUTIFUL communities in the state!! Especially love Monica! She is so personable so I know I can reach out with any questions I have about JDC communities and she always makes me feel valued at every event she hosts!
