Jiffy Lube

I’m honestly very disappointed, this is the only shop I take my car to get an oil change and tire rotation for them not to tell me this wheel hub has messed up studs is crazy. Found out at another shop I was running on three wheel studs. Only like 2 guys I’ve seen really know what they are doing. The rest shouldn’t be touching cars period. I’m sending my complaint to corporate this is unacceptable. The Hispanic gentleman upfront is very professional and sounds like he know what he is talking about unlike last time I took my car to get brakes , the white guy with shades and backpack with short shorts couldn’t even tell me the issue that one time with my car sounded like he’s never really worked on cars. The white chubby guy told me he was a higher up for the shop. What a joke.

Great experience at Jiffy Lube! I came in for an oil change and Dimitri was amazing. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. The service was quick and efficient, and the whole team made the process really easy. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my car serviced. I’ll be back!

Called the day before to get a price for a service. Went in the next day to have the service done and even got a coupon. Dmytro was very kind and professional. He let me know what was recommended to get fixed soon and gave me prices. The team had my car ready in no time. Excellent customer service!

Ask for Demetro! Went to the 2001 S Shepherd Dr location. Everyone there was great, but Demetro was awesome! I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them. He was very professional, up-beat/energetic, great communication, and really went Above & Beyond! Thank you Demetro! (I hope I am spelling his name correctly).

I had a horrible experience at my last visit. When I drove up there were 3 young men sitting down and neither of them moved though they saw me drive up. A young lady came to my car asking what service I was there for. I told her and she approached the three young men still sitting down. They eventually got up once she said that I could pull my car forward into the shop area. Once inside the work area one young directed me onto the ramp and started serving my vehicle. Another sat in the corner on his cell phone the entire time that my oil change was being conducted. He never moved and I photographed him. I know everyone needs a break but I was paying for a service and there was no sense of urgency.
