I live in Denver and responded to an ad for a 2021 Range Rover. My sales associate, Omar, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its condition, so he was able to walk me through all of the features over the phone and in person on my first trip. He and the dealership worked with me to add a hitch receiver, which was expertly installed. The paperwork was easy and I was able to drive away quickly on my second trip to Houston. The dealership and people are very experienced and are of high-quality, as are its vehicles.

I can't say enough nice things about this dealership and our sales professional Joe. We usually buy through a broker for the convenience and concierge service as our time is limited. This dealership doesn't have a new car program with brokers, but when I say the process was just as convenient, smooth and pleasant, I mean it! Joe was able to answer any questions we had, even swung it by our house to ensure it would fit in the garage with the roof rack. He truly went above and beyond and there was never any pressure. Not even in financing department! We came with our own financing but were happy to give them an opportunity to meet or beat our rate. Cindy, the finance manager, said we had a great rate and they couldn't beat it, and was a pleasure to work with as we navigated the quirks of the credit union's process. No pressure on upgrades or warranty packages either. If you are looking for a new Land Rover, this is the place!

Had a great experience buying a 2016 Mercedes E350 here. Aaron made sure the entire process was seamless. Most importantly, all the repairs we discussed after the test drive were completed perfectly for delivery. Very happy with the service and my new car!

I truly cannot say enough about our experience here. What is usually such a stressful and overwhelming process felt completely peaceful from beginning to end. JP was so kind and helpful, he found us the perfect Land Rover that checked every one of our boxes. He was incredibly thorough, genuine, and patient. I felt completely at ease the entire time, which is rare during a car purchase. When we came to pick up the car, Travis welcomed us with the most thoughtful VIP experience, complete with a bow. He took the time to educate us, answer every question, and treated our family like his own. He truly went above and beyond in every way. Every single person we encountered was kind, trustworthy, and so intentional. We are genuinely grateful for how smooth, warm, and stress-free this entire process was. It was by far the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had, and we will absolutely be back in the future.

I had the absolute best experience at Land Rover Houston Central thanks to Mo and Eric. They were extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process. They worked with me to get the exact financing I wanted and made everything stress-free. What impressed me most was the level of dedication—Eric even came in on his day off just to help me finalize my purchase. They even had my car ready and detailed the same day for me to pick up, complete with a giant bow on it. That kind of commitment and attention to detail made the entire process so quick, smooth, and easy. Thanks to Mo and Eric specifically, buying my vehicle could not have gone better. They truly went above and beyond, and in my opinion, they both deserve promotions.
