After calling beforehand and being told a 1.5-2 hr wait time per truck, we ended up waiting 6 hours for 2 oil changes. We showed up right when they opened. Payment was clunky, staff were unfamiliar with WEX (even on the second go-around). Won’t come back

Very rude, I have been calling all day to talk to the parts department about a molding I have to get from them, I push the extension for parts, it just rings and rings until I get a message that the mailbox cant take messages, then it hangs up on me. So I call and get service department to ask, what is up, he very rudely tells me they are all way to busy and for me to patient, like the problem is me being inpatient. So I am suppose to just keep calling all day , let it ring until it hangs up on me? Extremely unprofessional and just rude.
