If I could give zero stars, I would. PLEASE look at how many bad reviews are out there for this company before doing business with them. I do not recommend this company at all because they lie and have horrible customer service. This all comes down from the owner, Sarah Schweitzer. She lied to me about the processing fees. This was my first time importing a vehicle, and my biggest concern was the fees. Before starting business with her, I confirmed several times through emails and phone calls what the total cost would be. She provided me with a quote and assured me that it was the total out-of-pocket cost and that there would be no additional fees. After I paid her fee and picked up the vehicle, I received another bill for around $650 several months later, in January 2026. I contacted Sarah multiple times asking what the bill was for and why I was receiving it, but I did not get any replies for months while the balance kept increasing due to interest. Sarah also changed her phone number, so I could not reach her. Eventually, I located her new number and left several voicemails, but received no callback. After many attempts, I finally got ahold of her. She gave more excuses, saying she never received my emails, there were issues with the new phone system, and that they were “working on it.” She also told me I should not have to pay the fee for several reasons. However, she continued dragging things out with excuse after excuse, and in the end, she did not assist me at all. They basically dropped the ball and told me I had to pay the fee myself. I’m not sure what I even paid her company for. She was paid to be my broker and did not even bother filing a protest. Instead, she left me with a large bill that kept growing for months while repeatedly saying she was “working on it.”

I dropped two bikes for export yesterday (via an agent), the service was as good as expected. Lightly dysfunctional, but the gents helped with off loading and document prep. I guess the final delivery will highlight the true experience.

I was introduced to Horizon Auto Shipping, Inc by a car exporter that I recently used to move a car from England to the USA. This was my first time importing a car to the US, and I used Horizon as my Customs Agent to clear the car coming into Baltimore, Maryland. I was very concerned about how my car would be handled, and whether I would run into issues importing my car. I worked with Sarah and Mary from Horizon AutoShipping, and the process was flawless and easy. They directed me through the entire undertaking in a friendly and professional manner, and I could not be happier with the ease of the process and their assistance. Horizon shipping completely left me hanging, used them twice under previous owners and was satisfied, new ownership sucks. Horrible customer service, horrible partnerships and Javier is obviously a scam artist. It's been. Over a year and I still can't get them to return my calls. Stay away from them. Javier wants your payment, after he price gaugez you, doesn't pay the boat fees then pretends it's not his responsibility when the boat company says you owe them money. I had zero problems with previous owner. Horizon should lose thier shipping liscence!
