I had an excellent experience at West Houston Infiniti. The service was outstanding from start to finish. If you’re looking for a dealership you can trust with your vehicle, I highly recommend getting it serviced here. David Torres, the service advisor, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently and professionally. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made sure my vehicle was well taken care of. Great service, great communication, and a smooth experience overall. I will definitely be returning for future service needs. Highly recommend!

Pain free process, fair and TRULY transparent pricing. No hidden add-ons, no nonsense. The price you see is the price you get (plus taxes, title, etc.) My salesman, Dwayne, did a perfect job. He didn't push a sale. He did not try to force a purchase. He guided me to my purchase. That's a critical distinction that many sales people tend to miss. I came in, test drove a couple of vehicles, and left with one the same day. The finance team also did not push for add-ons. They gave me the warranty and protection options and accepted that I did not want to purchase X, Y, or Z and we moved on. The folks I interacted with were all professional, experienced, and quick. Even the folks detailing their vehicles did a spectacular job getting these vehicles ready for customers. I can't say enough great things about this dealership. There's a certain prestige that comes with being the first Infiniti dealership in the country and they know this. They treat their customers with high respect and value their time. I can't wait until it's time for my next vehicle. Special thanks to Dwayne for guiding me to the perfect car for my family.

We had an exceptional experience purchasing our Infiniti SUV from West Houston Infiniti, and I truly cannot say enough great things about this dealership. From the moment we walked in to the moment we drove off the lot, the entire process took only about two hours and was completely stress-free. Our sales representative, Seydou, was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely attentive, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of its features. He took the time to explain every bell and whistle, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and never once made us feel pressured. His professionalism, transparency, and genuine care made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire experience. He is someone you can truly trust, and he made what is usually a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. The finance department was also amazing—very honest, practical, and straightforward with the numbers. Bought a QX50 here three years ago. It has just over 30k miles on it. The car has already been in the shop 5 times and had the short engine block replaced. Still as long as service fixed the issues, and provided a loaner car, I could live with it. This week I made an appointment to have my wheels fixed (under warranty). First it took the service rep, Jeff Haney, a week to respond, and only after I both called and texted him. Then I came in early this am only to be told that they no longer provide loaners unless you carry a minimum of $100K bodily injury and $300k property damage in insurance. We carry a solid, comprehensive insurance policy but what they want is over insurance. Trust me, they are not putting you in a $300k loaner. Additionally I was not told this until I showed up this morning with no alternative transportation. So essentially I bought a lemon car that now that now I either have to over insure or find my own transportation while they fix things that are UNDER WARRANTY and part of the “platinum service package” I paid thousands for when I bought the car. Mind you this is all in addition to them delivering the brand new car to my driveway with a dead battery. Then having their tow company pick it up at 2 am and then lose it for 36 hours. I should have known right then this was not a dealership that was well run. EDITED TO ADD: I contacted Sewell Infinity after this debacle, and they got me in the same day, put me in a loaner car without the extraneous insurance requirements, AND they don't charge the customer for gas or tolls while in the loaner. It's a no-brainer on who will have my business moving forward.
