If you are looking for a bike, give these guys a chance! Haven't been on a motorcycle in years and wanted to try to get back in it. Tommy and Kenny took the time to answer all my questions about the best bike for me and about setting up the bike for my size and ability. I've been lurking on Marketplace and their website for a long time. Finally found what I wanted on a Saturday through the website and bought on Tuesday morning when they opened. Way better price and bikes than what you'll find on Marketplace, and they stand by the bikes they are selling. They adjusted the suspension on the bike to handle my size, and then walked through all the maintenance and specifics of the bike. If I put grow this bike or want another, this place will be my first choice. Thanks fellas!

I want to give it to the Houston Motorcycle Exchange They allowed layaway that helped me purchase my first motorcycle and delivery it to me due I falling sick to food poisoning. I will always recommend this place to anyone that is interested in hearing about Great customer service. I contacted Houston Motorcycle Exchange about selling my 2012 Kawasaki that had been unridden for several years. Tommy returned my inquiry and we agreed on a reasonable price. Less than 30 minutes later and Tommy was at my door and we loaded the bike and he cut me a check. The process was very easy, and much better than listing the bike online. I would definitely recommend these guys for all of your motorcycle needs in Houston.

If you like an old skool motorcycle buying experience, HME is your place. Not old skool in a bad way; in a good way! No pressure, no bs, great pricing, and promises are kept. I bought a bike from over a thousand miles away, they held the bike with a credit card despite locals beating down their door to buy the bike, and when delivered, the bike was exactly as they had described it. HME still believes in honesty, integrity and keeping your word. Nice to to do business with people like this. Thx fellas!

Man, what can I say??! Hands down the best customer service ever. Just genuine customer service! Mr. Tommy and the other staff were very helpful! He called at least 5 places to make sure I got the part I needed to fix my bike. Even gave me tips on how to put my chain back on the correct way! If he doesn’t know, he definitely will point you in the right place!!! Check them out!!
