Completely positive experience for me with Houston Safe & Lock! They worked patiently with me as I dealt with warranty work (new parts required) on a safe I’d bought elsewhere. Eric is great and definitely knows his trade. He worked very persistently to open the safe without having to drill, saving me money. Eric installed the new parts for my safe today. Safe is working great now. They’ve all been extremely helpful throughout the process. I will definitely be a repeat customer whenever I need locksmith work.

I had and excellent experience today with Houston Safe and Locks, and especially want to recognize Mr. Paul, the technician who assisted me. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Mr. Paul was extremely knowledgeable , professional, and courteous. He took the time to carefully check and explained what was needed. It was refreshing to work with someone who clearly takes pride in their work and treats customers with such professionalism and respect. I highly recommend Houston Safe and Locks and would absolutely request Mr. Paul again for any future locksmith needs.

The Locksmith was very knowledgable and did an excellent job. He removed the old dial lock that had jammed and replaced it with a new digital lock in a little over an hour. Also Houston Safe and Lock pricing was straight forward and there were no surprises. I highly recommend Houston Safe and Lock.
