Houston Home Inspections

My husband and I decided to go with Houston Inspections based off all of the rave reviews. Our inspector, Dennis, was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining to us about his findings and recommendations, and answered any questions we had. We received our very detailed report the evening of our inspection. It was very helpful and I’m so glad we had Dennis at Houston Inspections support us with this part of our home buying process. My husband and I have used other inspection companies before, and found that the other companies were not up to our standards, but Houston Inspections was very prompt and easy to schedule with, and most of all, very thorough & detailed! I would highly recommend Dennis and his team, and will definitely use them again in the future!

Houston Inspections got me in for an inspection on a new build in less than a week. Dennis was thourough and knowledgeable, he answered any questions I had. He also insured me that he would be available for questions even after the inspection . I am confident with the results of my report and the report was easy to read and understand. They also offer a complimentary consierge service that can help with things like finding movers and home insurance. The experience was positive and professional. We are out of state buyers and our realtor recommended Houston Inspections. They went out to do our inspection the very next day and Dennis called me shortly after leaving to discuss his findings and also said that if we had any questions at all after receiving the report, that we should call him. He was very friendly and professional. The report was received the next morning and seems to be very thorough.

Great service from Houston Inspection. Setup my appointment quickly, provided a thorough inspection of my new home purchase, and I received the full written report the same day. I had inspector Ronnie who did a great job explaining and showing me everything he found. Some items I would have never thought to look at and he addressed them to me clearly as well as took plenty of pictures to document that he included in his writeup.

Chris was absolutely incredible. As a first time homebuyer, this process has been extremely intimidating and stressful. Chris was thorough and allowed me to be present at the inspection where he detailed all of his findings in layman terms and was so patient. My report was returned to me in less than 24 hours. So grateful for my experience and will definitely book again in the future should I need to!
