When I showed up to pick up my truck the job was not complete!! Passenger side steps were not secured. I drove less than 10 miles and the truck shut down on me. Clearly it was not fixed correctly. And after I'm able to make it back to Freightliner I have to start process all over again. Its Friday 5 o'clock and I know from past experience they don't have a full crew over the weekend or on night shift. So it looks like now I have to wait an additional 3 day for them just to look at it. Very sloppy and lazy technicians are working here and management clearly are not on top of their employees. Customer service needs lots of improvement. I was told my vehicle is ready for pickup and I showed up Sunday morning 8am and I'm told they are close for the day. Very bad customer service Brain Shantharaj has poor communication skills. This people really suck. Monday 12:30 everyone at lunch and my truck is now low on coolant technicians at this location really suck and there is no management available for me to talk to.

This part place sucks , they have all these part counter stations but only a few of them are open on a Saturday afternoon when all the owner operators are here waiting for parts. The kitchen is shut down on weekends so there’s no grub available.

Brought my truck in for a routine oil change. The service was super quick and affordable. No hidden fees or delays. The technician was friendly and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Happy to give this place a 5-star rating.

So they let my company know that our truck was ready. Came in to pick it up and they never submitted the form for payment to my company. So they said it wouldn't take long to do it. I've been here just over an hr and the guy at the desk said they haven't even done the work order yet to to send over to my boss to make the payment so I can take the truck and go

Freightliner sucks lately. I just had my account deleted again because they think they are fixing stuff trying to do system updates. There entire system went down a month ago and they simply can’t get right. Honestly they are making it worse. I now have to come back again to turn in tax exempt paperwork. Parts people are good to go but who ever in charge of the electronic account management need to find a different job. Do better
