I received a cease and desist letter from attorney Christopher Halbohn accusing me of threatening behavior—an accusation made without any proof. As a Black woman, I believe this language was weaponized against me, unfairly framing my rightful advocacy as a threat. I hope the firm reflects on how such unfounded claims can cause harm and reconsider their approach in the future.

Lu Kaleikau is amazing. After my mom had a stroke, HR at her work did a horrible job giving her info on what she was entitled to with disability and accommodations. Lu went out of her way to answer any questions that I had so I could help my mom out. She is hardworking, trustworthy, and really knows her stuff.
